Room Assistant

INFORMATION
We are looking for floor assistants with strong interpersonal skills, especially in working with children and teenagers.
You will work in a young and dynamic environment where sports activities are fun and accessible to everyone. Our mission is to make our users feel at home, ensuring top-quality service and delivering a unique experience without compromising safety.
Reporting to the Center Director, you will provide assistance and supervision to users, working in coordination with other floor assistants and instructors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills with users of all ages (children – teenagers – adults)
- Strong team-working attitude
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience in similar roles and knowledge of English are considered a plus
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Welcoming users and explaining the rules for using the activity areas
- Supervising users in the facility and monitoring correct use of the equipment
- Ensuring user safety
- Checking the correct functioning of the equipment
- Managing organized groups (birthday parties, school groups, etc.)
