The Zero-Gravity sports center is used for the exclusive and private use of the Zero-Gravity SSD and entry is allowed only to registered members in good standing with the payment of the annual membership fee. Registered members can introduce carers and guests to the gym for whom they assume all responsibility.

The entrance ticket is a non-transferable payment certificate and its validity expires upon leaving the facility and must be shown upon request by the control personnel.

Those who do not have it will have to pay an entrance ticket.

During the opening hours to the public, children under the age of 14 will be able to access the facility only if accompanied by a parent or another person of age in possession of an identity document, who will take full responsibility for the minor after signing a release.

The service staff reserves the right to refuse entry or to expel those who disturb public order and morals, with noises or dangerous games, causing problems to the smooth running of the business.

The user removed from the facility for the aforementioned reasons will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid.

The service staff is not liable for valuables, money or anything deposited inside the changing rooms or gym lockers, even if closed.

Equipment and valuables, even if bulky, will not be collected and kept in any way by the staff, unless otherwise specified.

It is forbidden:

• To introduce glass objects or other material that could be dangerous for oneself or for others

• To introduce dogs or other animals into the facility, even if on a leash

• To smoke inside the sport complex and particularly in the gym and in the changing rooms, pursuant to Law 03/2003 and any amendments to the relevant legislation, in force at the time of reading this regulation

• To consume food and drinks inside the gym and in the changing rooms

• To take pictures or film without the prior authorization of the Zero-Gravity SSD

• To display playbills, posters and advertising materials without the necessary and prior authorization of the Zero-Gravity SSD

• To leave clothes and / or materials deposited in the changing rooms and in the gym outside the hours of use of the same

• To access the gym or carry out activities in a bathing suit and / or shirtless

• To organize individual or group lessons, even if for free
   

The equipment and material found in the gym must be used with every respect, kept in maximum functionality and stored in order.
Any damage ascertained to equipment and material will be charged to those responsible.

The Zero-Gravity SSD is not liable for any damage to people or things, even if caused by improper use of spaces, materials and equipment.

Knowledge of this regulation exempts the Zero-Gravity SSD from any and all liability.

Users are required to strictly comply with these provisions and those that may be given by the staff on duty.
