INFORMATION
We are looking for Receptionists with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work in shifts.
You will work in a young and dynamic environment, where sporting activity has been made fun and affordable for everyone. Our mission is to make our users feel at home, guaranteeing the highest quality of service, providing a unique experience without neglecting safety.
Reporting directly to the director of the centre, the employee will have to welcome and introduce users to the activities on offer, being the first point of contact with the facility.
REQUIREMENTS
- PC and cash register skills
- Sunniness, availability, patience and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong propensity to work in a team
- Previous experience in the role or similar and knowledge of English are considered a plus
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Welcoming users and their registration
- Managing bookings and payments for admission tickets, courses, events and groups
- Controlling user access to the facility
- Management and sale of additional services (merchandising, cafeteria, etc.)
- Management of reservation systems
