Where We Look
In municipalities in northern and central Italy with between 100,000 and 500,000 inhabitants (between municipality and province).
Technical Information
Compulsory data:
- Address (Street and House Number, Postcode, City);
- Floor Plan and Sections of the building;
- Indications of cadastral category.
Additional information, if available:
- Copy of land registry survey;
- Satellite photo of the object of the proposal;
- APE (Energy Performance Certificate);
- Economic request.
What we are looking for
Commercial properties with floor areas between 2000 sqm and 4500 sqm (to be assessed according to location) and a minimum height under beam of 5.50 metres (5m in the case of shed roofing).
Close to arterial roads or easily accessible - with good visibility and accessibility.
Availability of at least 50 parking spaces, adjacent or neighbouring.
