Calisthenics, from the Greek "Kalos" (beautiful) and "Sthenos" (strength), is a functional workout primarily performed using bodyweight. It includes a variety of exercises aimed at building strength by opposing only the force of your own body. The course includes equipment such as high bars for pull-ups, Swedish wall bars, high and low parallel bars for body support, and rings for unstable resistance training.
