The Zero-Gravity S.S.D. sports centre is for the exclusive and private use of Zero-Gravity S.S.D. and entrance is allowed only to registered members who have paid their annual membership fee. Card-carrying members may bring accompanying persons and guests into the gym, for whom they assume all responsibility.
The entrance ticket is a non-transferable payment certificate and its validity expires on leaving the facility and must be presented to the control personnel upon request.

Those without one will have to pay a new admission fee.
During public opening hours, minors under the age of 14 may only enter the facility if accompanied by a parent or other person over the age of 18, in possession of an identity document, who becomes the guardian after signing a release form; accompanying persons may wait in the designated area, and may not enter the area where the activity is being practised unless they have the appropriate permit.

The service staff reserves the right to refuse entry or to expel those who disturb public order and morals, with noise or dangerous games or other demonstrations, or who damage the smooth running of the activity.
Any user expelled from the facility for the aforementioned reasons shall not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for admission.

Service personnel are not liable for valuables, money and valuables deposited inside the gymnasium or changing rooms, even if locked.

Equipment and valuables, even if bulky, will not be collected and stored for any reason, by the staff, unless otherwise stipulated.

It is forbidden:

• introduce glass objects or other material that may be dangerous to oneself or others
• bringing dogs or other animals into the facility, even if on a leash
• smoking within the sports complex and particularly in the gymnasium and changing rooms, pursuant to Law 03/2003 and any amendments to the relevant regulations in force at the time of reading these regulations
• consuming food and drink in the gym and locker rooms
• photographing or filming without prior authorisation from Zero-Gravity
• displaying posters and advertising materials without the necessary prior authorisation of Zero-Gravity
• leaving clothes and/or materials in the changing rooms and gymnasium outside the hours of use of the gymnasium
• entering the gymnasium or performing activities in a swimming costume and/or shirtless
• organise individual or group lessons, even if free of charge
 

The equipment and materials constituting the gymnastic facilities must be used with all consideration, kept in top working order and stored in an orderly manner. Any damage to equipment and material will be charged to those responsible.
Zero-Gravity is not liable for any damage to persons or property, even if caused by improper use of spaces, materials, equipment.
Private lessons have a limit of 9 participants per time slot and per instructor.
Private lesson packages are valid for 365 days from subscription.
Knowledge of these regulations exonerates Zero-Gravity from any and all liability.
Users are obliged to scrupulously comply with these regulations and those that may be issued by the staff on duty.

Please note that tickets, birthday parties and other purchased services are not refundable or changeable except in the case of proven and relevant reasons.
The only form of reimbursement is the issue of a voucher.
Time slots have a duration of 55 minutes.

PRIVACY POLICY

Rules for gyms

These regulations govern the use of Zero-Gravity centres.

It shall be deemed to be known and unconditionally accepted in its entirety by all users in possession of a title proving the right of access.

The rules to follow are:

• jumping one at a time on trampolines
• do not perform double or dangerous jumps
• it is forbidden to land head-first or neck-first on all equipment
• do not jump and land on padding
• you must be taller than 120 cm to jump from the platform onto the airbag
• the use of equipment is subject to a weight limit of 100 kg
• always check that there are no other people in the airbag before jumping
• non-slip socks must be worn
• jump only in gym clothes (no jeans)
• remove watches, necklaces, belts, earrings, bracelets
• if you leave the gym, wear shoes (even to go to the bathroom)
• the minimum age of access is 5 years
