1. Rules for Minors

• Children under 14 may enter only if accompanied by a parent or an adult with ID and a signed waiver.
• Chaperones may wait in a designated area but are not allowed in the play area without a valid ticket.

2. Code of Conduct

Staff reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone who disturbs public order due to:

• Yelling, dangerous play, or inappropriate behavior.
• Disruption of regular activities.

Anyone removed from the facility is not entitled to a refund.

3. Prohibited Items and Behaviors

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Bringing in glass objects or dangerous materials.
• Bringing animals, even on a leash.
• Smoking inside the sports center, gym, or changing rooms (including electronic cigarettes).
• Eating or drinking in the gym or changing rooms.
• Taking photos or videos without Zero-Gravity's authorization.
• Posting flyers or advertisements without permission.
• Leaving items or clothes in the locker rooms outside usage hours.
• Entering or participating in activities shirtless or wearing swimsuits.
• Organizing unauthorized private or group lessons, even if free of charge.

4. Tickets and Services

• Tickets, birthday parties, and other services purchased are non-refundable and non-modifiable, except in the case of documented, valid reasons.
• The only available refund option is a voucher.
• Each session lasts 55 minutes.

Facility Regulations

Access to the gym implies full acceptance of these rules.

Safety Rules

• Only one person at a time on trampolines.
• Double or dangerous flips are prohibited.
• Head or neck landings are not allowed on any equipment.
• Do not jump on padding zones.
• To jump from the platform onto the airbag, you must be taller than 120 cm.
• The maximum allowed weight on equipment is 100 kg.
• Always check that the airbag is clear before jumping.

Clothing and Accessories

• Non-slip socks are mandatory.
• Only sportswear is allowed (no jeans).
• Remove watches, necklaces, belts, earrings, and bracelets.
• Wear shoes outside the gym, even when going to the restroom.

Age Limits

The minimum age for entry is 5 years.
