CATERING ADD-ON
Table setup with tablecloths, plates, cups, drinks (0.5L of soda + 0.5L of water per person), chips, and popcorn: €4 per participant.
Minimum €40 up to 10 participants.
You may bring your own food, but only with a purchase receipt and allergen list.
Glass bottles are not allowed inside the venue.

DURATION: 2 HOURS 30 MINUTES
Welcome in the private room, bracelet and non-slip sock distribution: 15 minutes.
Access to the Academy Area with a dedicated assistant for group activities: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Use of the private room or area for refreshments: 45 minutes.
The private room or area is available throughout the party.
Supervision by a dedicated assistant during the whole event.
Free Zero-Gravity non-slip socks for all participants.
Digital party invitation ticket for guests.
NOTES
Parents and guardians enter for free.
The party room is not accessible before the booked time.
Final guest count must be confirmed via email at least 5 days before the event.

Birthday bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable unless for proven and significant reasons.
The only valid form of refund is via a voucher valid for 12 months.
