Parkour is an urban discipline focused on learning movements that allow you to overcome any type of obstacle with maximum efficiency, adapting your body to the surrounding environment.
Freerunning similarly involves overcoming urban obstacles, but focuses on the creativity and aesthetics of movement rather than efficiency. 

Open Days

FROM 15 TO 18 SEPTEMBER 2025

During the Open Days you can book a free trial lesson by sending an email to torino@zero-gravity.it including name, surname, course of interest, date and time.
To participate, you must fill out the waiver form (DOWNLOAD HERE) and bring it signed*.

*A parent’s signature is required for minors

NON-SLIP SOCKS REQUIRED If you don’t have them, you can buy a pair at the desk for €3

Private lessons

You can book private 55-minute lessons at a rate of €40 per session.
Alternatively, you can buy a bundle of 11 lessons for €400. In that case, days and times will be arranged directly with the instructor.
Prices are valid for one person only. For each additional participant, the cost is €15 per lesson.
