Each participant receives free non-slip socks for the Academy Area.

EXTRA CATERING
Table setup with tablecloths, plates and cups, drinks (0.5L soft drink + 0.5L water per person), chips and popcorn: €4 per participant.
Minimum €40 up to 10 participants.
You may also bring your own food, provided you have a purchase receipt and an allergen list.
Glass bottles are not allowed inside the venue.

DURATION: 2 HOURS 30 MINUTES
Guest welcome in the room or private area with delivery of wristbands and Zero-Gravity non-slip socks: 15 minutes.
Access to the Academy area with a dedicated assistant for group activities on the equipment: 1 hour 30 minutes.
Use of the room or private area for buffet: 45 minutes.
The room/private area remains available for the entire duration of the party.
Supervision by a dedicated assistant throughout the event.
Free Zero-Gravity non-slip socks for all participants.
Digital invitation ticket for participants.
NOTES
Parents and guardians enter for free.
The room is not accessible before the booked time.
The number of participants must be confirmed by email at least 5 days prior to the event.

cancellation policy
Birthday bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed, except in cases of serious and proven reasons.
The only form of refund is a voucher valid for 12 months.
